Returns & Refunds

At InjectKit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We adhere to European Union consumer protection laws regarding returns and refunds. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can send your request to:

Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and your reason for return (optional, but helpful for us to improve).
3. Condition Requirements for Returns
For a return to be eligible for a refund, the items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and Sealed: Products must be returned in their original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
- Resalable Condition: Products must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- Complete: All original components, accessories, and documentation must be included.
Due to the sterile nature and hygiene requirements of our medical supplies, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, unsealed, or whose sterile packaging has been compromised, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For health protection and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with EU consumer law (Article 16(e) of the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), products that are not suitable for return once unsealed after delivery cannot be returned if their sterile packaging has been opened or tampered with. This includes, but is not limited to, all sterile injection supplies.
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned items and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Right of Withdrawal: If you are returning an item under your 14-day right of withdrawal, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Damaged or Defective Goods: If the return is due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items received, InjectKit will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@injectkit.com to arrange the return in such cases.
7. Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@injectkit.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, once the claim is verified.
