2. Account Registration

While you may browse our Website without registering, certain features, such as placing an order, may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Orders and Pricing

3.1. Placing an Order

By placing an order on InjectKit.com, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

3.2. Pricing and Currency

All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

3.3. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received it. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit or debit card.

4. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), iDEAL, Bancontact, and SEPA Direct Debit. All payments are processed securely through Revolut, our third-party payment gateway provider. InjectKit does not store your card details.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize InjectKit and Revolut to process your payment for the total amount of your order.

5. Shipping

5.1. Shipping Area

InjectKit currently ships products exclusively within the European Union (EU).

5.2. Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation, subject to product availability and excluding weekends and public holidays. Dispatch times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.3. Delivery

Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country within the EU. We use reputable shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery. InjectKit is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or other factors beyond our control.

5.4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

As per EU consumer rights, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can find our contact details in the "Contact" section of our website.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying their condition, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days.

7. Product Disclaimers

InjectKit sells CE-marked medical supplies intended for self-injection. WE DO NOT SELL MEDICATIONS OR PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. Our products are tools and accessories designed to facilitate safe and hygienic self-administration of substances prescribed or recommended by a healthcare professional.

By purchasing from InjectKit, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for understanding the proper use of the products and for ensuring their suitability for your specific needs.
  • You will consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using any of our products for medical purposes or with any medication.
  • InjectKit is not responsible for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the misuse of our products or their use with unprescribed or inappropriate substances.
  • Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of InjectKit or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of InjectKit.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without express written permission from us.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
